Was a perfect fit for my 8.5# cat. I bought a removable fleece liner/pad for the carrier and it worked great. It was stable enough for my cat, but might be a little less supportive on the bottom for a cat over 10#. There is Velcro on the bottom to keep it from sliding, but which also made it a little harder to get the carrier under the seat. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. …
