Abandoned at a construction site because of hemorrhoids, the poor puppy cried loudly for help

At 7 a.m., we received a call for help. A woman told us that she found an abandoned dog at a construction site, the poor dog was wandering around the construction site looking for food. She wanted us to help the puppy and we immediately agreed. 25 minutes later, she brought the puppy to us, she gave the puppy to us and left right then and there. Before our eyes is a puppy about 3 months old, with a somewhat skinny body and fur covered with dirt. Upon closer inspection, we discovered that the puppy’s anus was injured. The test results showed that the puppy had grade 4 hemorrhoids…
