Helpless puppies trapped in tar after they were abandoned
Helpless puppies became trapped in tar after they were abandoned by their owner. The tiny strays were found by good samaritans in the city of Noyabrsk in north central Russia’s Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
