How would passers by react to an angry man kicking fake puppies in a bag
we sent our team to a busy London canal with a black bin bag full of stuffed animals and a recording of whimpering puppies noises. We wanted to see if anyone would stop and save the helpless creatures. For four hours the barking plastic bag was kicked, hit and shook by the water edge. Our journalists appeared to mistreat the animals inside the bag as scores of Londoners and tourists walked past. Others watched as it appeared the pets would be thrown into the water. But would anyone stop and help?
