Police in Florida have arrested a man they say threw a six-month-old puppy over a barbed wire fence, breaking her leg. Surveillance footage shows the suspect throwing the dog, now named Jenny, out of a Ford pick-up truck and into the yard of an animal control facility. She was found 14 hours later in when the business reopened.
