While walking along the rice fields behind our Safe House, our rescued dogs suddenly alerted us to cries coming from the bushes. What we discovered shattered our hearts—four tiny puppies, barely five weeks old, abandoned and left to survive alone. They were cold, scared, and crying out for help.
These precious girls were discarded simply because they were female. But thanks to the sharp instincts of our rescue dogs and the quick action of our team, they were saved just in time.
Now safe, warm, and under medical care, these brave puppies are beginning their journey toward healing. They don’t have names yet, but their futures are already brighter than the past they were left to endure. This is what rescue means: hearing the unheard, saving the unseen, and fighting for those who cannot fight for themselves.
