Small Puppy Had An Accident, Lying Motionless, Crying Loudly For Help

Meet Arslan! A small 2 month old homeless puppy just had an accident.
He just lay there and tried to call for help. It appeared that the child’s spine had been fractured.
I touched him, he was in great pain. …Cry loudly….
Arslan was brought to the Vet. He is exhausted now.
The child no longer had the strength to cry.
