On 27 Nov, I found 2 little puppies abandoned in a landfill. They’re starved, thirsty and can’t defend for themselves. If we were late just for an hour, they would be gone now. Someone abandoned them there, not sure when.The two we got are the two survivors, 3 were gone. They are shivering on my way back to our shelter…
