She Gave Birth The Puppies in a Puddle of Ice -10C After Being Thrown From a Mansion House

We just received a video today of a dog being thrown into the street in the cold and rain. She was lying next to the fence of a big house, she had just given birth in a puddle of ice. Someone took a video and sent it to us. After that, they slept with all the warmth even though the mother dog and 3 puppies lay under -10 degrees Celsius. We later learned that the person who took the video was the owner. He was heartless, wanting to banish them in extreme circumstances. We have reported this to the police. She lay with the children outside, shivering and trying to warm them up. She even ate snow so the kids wouldn’t catch a cold.
