Tiny puppy crying in pain, her body frozen like ice, in really rough shape waiting for help!
While doing outreach today in Hilltown we came across this little puppy in really rough shape. Her family agreed to surrender her to Rescue Row so she can get much needed vet care. We are in route to see Dr. Kim at Panther Creek Animal Hospital right now. She is having trouble walking, her gums are pale, she has sores all over, lots of hair loss, and an ulcer in her eye. Please send prayers for this little girl.
