A mama sick dog and her puppies was abandoned under a bridge for end in flooding!

It’s the rainy season from today. A few days ago, I got a posted an article and a photo, A mother dog and their 6 pups under the bridge in Suwon-gu-dong River. No one know who the owner is, even if you ask the people who live in a nearby bridge or those around! Someone who lives nearby stopped by on the way to work and brought food and water.
