The miraculous survival of a puppy with paralysis of its hind legs found in a sewer

A woman found this puppy in the sewer in front of her house. Poor puppy dinmhs body is covered with mud , the puppy ‘s hind legs are completely paralyzed and both ears have two identical wounds . There is a big wound in the lower back, which is the main reason why the puppy has paralysis of his hind legs and can’t get out. The poor boy didn’t know what to do so he just sat there crying and hoping someone would hear and come help…
