I found abandoned near the garbage other 3 new born puppies. They were frozen and hungry, only 2 of them still moving the third was like a stone-seemed death. However I took them all 3 from there and after 10-15 minutes staying in heat and countless stimulation recovered in the senses and that seemed dead. I really hope they will survive.
