Many dog owners are pretty pleased if they get their dog to learn a trick or two, like learning how to roll over. But a lot more is expected from a dog in the CIA. Six new puppies have begun their journey in the CIA by joining the fall 2017 K9 recruit class that will train these dogs to be explosive detective canines. The CIA wrote on Twitter: “Our K9 officers serve as the first line of defense against explosive threats to Agency personnel & buildings at HQ and abroad.”
