The effort will allow Gulf Coast shelters to take pets that were lost in the chaos of Hurricane Harvey. The dogs that arrived in West Michigan are 100 percent not-owned pets that have been in these kennels for weeks or months. Noah Project is also seeking foster homes for the pets.
