The canine meat exchange has endured a few shots lately, yet in April, Michael Chour saw a pooch with its head stuck between the bars of an enclosure. The enclosure was sitting outside an eatery that his know to serve puppy meat in Cambodia – and Chour realized that the canine didn’t have much time left!
Chour has been safeguarding puppies for as long as 13 years in Southeast Asia and went to discover the eatery’s proprietor. The little canine with his head stuck was not along, there were two different pups in the enclosure.
