So I’m finally back home and I introduce you to Charlie my new girl puppy! I also do a huge Vegan grocery haul and make a Vegan chili! Detailed shoulder workout! Hope you all enjoy!:)

Shoulder workout | Lat pull down SS cable curls | One arm lat pull down SS DB alternating curls | Tri set | Bent over Bb row | DB row | DB curls | Tri set | Lat pull down | Face pull | DB hammer curls | All 4 sets | 15 reps

Vegan Chili Recipe Ingredients | 2 tbs olive oil | 2 medium white chopped onions chopped | 1 bell pepper, diced | 1-1/2 tsp sea salt | 1/2 tsp pepper | 1 tsp ground cumin | 2 tbs chili powder | 1 1/2 cups each of cooked kidney, black and garbanzo beans ( or 1 (15oz) can of each – drained and rinsed. Discard the fluid ) 4 1/2 cups total | 6oz tomato paste | 28 oz crushed tomato | 8oz tomato sauce | 1 cup frozen corn | 1 Tbs agave sugar or syrup.

Instructions | 1. Saute onions in olive oil until tender | 2. add spices and cook additional 1-2 minutes | 3. add tomato paste and stir for 1 minute | 4. add remaining ingredients snd heat covered, over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
