Puppy rescued from 50 ft fall has a happy ending

Animal Aid rescuers respond to a call alerting that a puppy had fallen into a 50 ft open dry well. The puppy had not only survived the fall but was also unharmed (amazingly.) We think her fall must have been buffered by all the plastic and trash collected at the bottom of the well. As soon as Animal Aid rescuer Ganpat reached the bottom he says the little puppy started wagging her tail in delight. Once back up to safety we took the little girl to the Animal Aid hospital where our veterinarian checked her and found her to be totally healthy. A few days later the same girl who had alerted us to the puppy emergency, called to say she wanted to adopt her!
