Shadow and our new puppy, Ivy, playing tug of war.
We got Ivy yesterday so that Shadow can have a play buddy. They do this kind of thing almost constantly while awake then pass out for an hour or two. I’m very glad we decided to get Ivy. They’re both pretty happy about about their new buddy :).
Ivy is a Jack Russell Terrier/Mountain Feist mix and is 6 weeks old. She’s VERY fat and the tip of her tail is broken, which is common for full blood Jack Russell puppies since the end of the tail is so tiny and fragile. She was born with the broken tail. It doesn’t seem to hurt her but I’ll get the vet to check it out anyway :).
