Claire is a black American Cocker Spaniel pulled from a city pound, saved form euthanasia.
She came to us with severe pneumonia, and pregnant. As her pregnancy advanced we struggled to heal the pneumonia, balancing out antibiotics and medicine to not harm the babies.
On May 22, 9 puppies arrived. Two were stillborn, but the other 7 have been thriving. Claire is doing a great job mothering them!
The pups are:
Thor- the big blonde boy
Loki- the black boy
Clark- a tan boy
Diana – a tan girl
Natasha- the biggest white girl
Anna Marie- the medium white one
Jean Grey- the smallest white one
