An investigation has been launched after horrific footage emerged showing a puppy being cruelly swung around by its neck.
The video which was posted to social media appears to show a 14-year-old girl viciously swinging the white puppy in circles by its lead.
The puppy can then be seen crouching on the floor looking dazed before being led away by the girl.
