It has been windy and rainy in the mid-Atlantic region for saltwater anglers.
I ended up fishing in Rudee one of the safe waters. I heard that it had been very slow for several days at Rudee. I had other waters to explorer. But the possible lightening forced me fishing in Rudee, a small water.
As I heard, It was a very slow day. I caught some small specks, a small bluefish, and 2 Puppy drums at 17” (throwback) and 19” (keeper). One keeper puppy drum saved the day.
