Using ‘Spot the Puppy in the City’ book to encourage answering ‘where’ questions. I ask Joel: “where is the puppy?”, he says “there” again and again, until I give him additional prompts. You can see me using a lead in sentence; “he’s in the…..?.” to help him to realise that he has to verbalise a response.
