Happy National Puppy Day! Press photographer Ed Lea went to the the Humane Society of Atlantic County Shelter Services in Atlantic City and these are some of the dogs he found.

A Look Back at Ocean City’s Woofin’ Paws pet fashion show
For years, on the day before Easter, Ocean City held the Woofin’ Paws pet fashion show, in which pets, and sometimes their owners, dressed up and competed in categories such as best dressed, best trick or best look-alike pair. In 2016, the Show Us Your Paws pet parade began, integrating much of Woofin’ Paws.
The Boardwalk event for dogs, sponsored by the Humane Society of Ocean City, is a take on Atlantic City’s Show Us Your Shoes Miss America parade. The Show Us Your Paws fundraiser includes categories similar to those in Woofin’ Paws, along with special guests and marching bands.
