If you have a puppy and would like her to grow into a dog that fetches/retrieves a ball, then now is the time to start teaching this game. Very few dogs are natural Retrievers that will learn to deliver the ball back to you. Many dogs will happily chase a ball and then play keep away while you chase them down to wrench the ball from heir mouths for another round. Showing your puppy that bringing the ball back makes you throw it again will help her become a great ball playing dog!
