This is 30 seconds of cuteness overload. These tiny puppies are part of a litter that I fostered for 3 days. They were just a few of the dogs and puppies that were rescued from a dog hoarding situation. There were 42 dogs, 22 of which were puppies 3 weeks old and younger. With so many dogs coming in to “the system” our local rescues could not handled them all and some, including these puppies and their momma were transported to rescues in Oregon.
