This puppy is deaf. Working with her reminds me that we don’t need to talk so much when we train our dogs. They are so contextual. We are a verbal species. They are not. This creates a lot of conflict when dog owners believe their dog should understand the cues they give them without thoroughly teaching the behavior first. This pup needs no verbal cues at all. She is a ⭐️. Way to go Lil’ Nugget!
